Originally from Colorado, Diano now proudly calls Sarasota home. As a second-generation real estate advisor, he has been immersed in the industry from a young age and developed an early appreciation for the trust, advocacy, and attention to detail required to successfully guide clients through one of the largest financial decisions of their lives.

Before becoming a real estate advisor, Diano gained experience as an unlicensed assistant, social media manager, and operations manager before leading the real estate sector of University Development at Grand Canyon University. His background in entrepreneurship and finance provides a strong understanding of marketing, negotiation, business strategy, and the financial side of residential real estate.

Known for his strong work ethic, punctuality, professionalism, and innovative marketing skills, Diano uses both technology and relationship-based service to help properties stand out while ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the buying or selling experience. Outside of real estate, Diano enjoys golfing throughout Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, spending time near Siesta Key Beach, working out, and playing guitar. He appreciates the Suncoast lifestyle and enjoys helping others discover everything that makes the area such a desirable place to live.
